Charlotte is a consultant licensed conveyancer in our residential property team, specialising in a wide range of residential property matters. Charlotte completed a Law Degree in 2013 and the Legal Practice Course in 2014 before qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2015.
She has extensive experience in handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, creating lease schemes for newly converted flats, sales under Power of Attorney, First Registrations of unregistered land, and new build purchases. Charlotte works with a varied client base, including first-time buyers, experienced homeowners, investors, landlords, and developers.
