Eve is a consultant conveyancer in our residential property team, specialising in first-time buyers, unregistered properties, and leasehold property.
Her experience covers the full range of residential property matters, from standard purchases, sales, and re-mortgages to more complex cases such as leasehold transactions and new build purchases. Eve also has a particular interest in unregistered properties.
She has recently worked on the variation of a defection lease, an auction purchase requiring urgent resolution to meet completion deadlines, and a complex new build purchase.
With over 20 years’ experience in residential property, Eve takes great pride in guiding clients through what can often feel like a daunting process. Her goal is always to make the transaction as straightforward and stress-free as possible, supporting clients at every step. Eve is currently studying for her Level 4 CLC.
