Rebecca is also skilled in handling civil disputes for individuals, from contractual disagreements and defamation matters to claims involving misrepresentation and fraud.

Her work frequently involves advising on risk management, pre-action strategy, mediation, and dispute resolution processes designed to protect her clients’ commercial and personal interests. With over two decades of investigative and executive experience prior to entering the legal profession, she brings a uniquely analytical and pragmatic approach to every case – combining legal precision with real-world insight.

Rebecca is recognised for her ability to combine commercial acumen with investigative depth, providing clients with clear, strategic advice that safeguards both their reputation and the bottom line. She completed a Bachelor of Laws in 2020 and Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Training at the University of Central Lancashire.

She is an award-winning entrepreneur and author, recognised in national and regional business awards, including Top 42 UK Entrepreneurs Under 42 (Business Insider) and Community Business of the Year (BIBA Awards).

Rebecca has nine years of experience leading one of the UK’s largest private investigation firms, specialising in complex civil and commercial disputes, along with more than five years of hands-on litigation experience across High Court, County Court, and Tribunal cases. She is driven to secure the best outcomes for her clients, combining integrity and tenacity with a genuine understanding of their challenges.
