Adrian is a Solicitor and Founding Director of Taylor Rose Solicitors, he currently holds the position of CEO. Adrian is a graduate of a GDL, LPC and a MA in law and business.
Originally practiced in costs law, co-founding Jaggards. He spent much of his career supporting large national and international insurers before transitioning to full-time management roles.
Historically, he has worked closely with the CJC, MOJ and ABI in the development and delivery of new legislation, sitting on two Civil Justice Council committees.
Adrian supports our Chairman and board of directors in the delivery of their roles, leading on our business strategy development and execution. Adrian oversees our senior management team, working with business leads to identify, develop and deliver their departments’ strategic aims.

Taylor Rose Announces Series of Partner Promotions
We are delighted to announce a series of strategic partner promotions, as we continue to invest in talent across teams, including Family Law, Private Client and Conveyancing.
Of the nine partner promotions, three are for consultants from our rapidly expanding consultancy programme, demonstrating our commitment to career progression for lawyers opting for the consultancy route as well as employees. In June, our parent company, AIIC Group, revealed that the number of fee-earning legal consultants operating under its brands had increased more than fivefold (+469%) in the past five years.
