Chris qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has been a member of our Residential Property team at the Bognor Regis office since its opening in 2017.
He holds a degree in law and marketing from Leicester Polytechnic (now De Montfort University) and completed the Law Society Finals Course at the same institution. Following qualification, Chris worked as an assistant solicitor and later as a partner at two local firms before joining what was then McMillan Williams as a partner in 2017. He is proud to have been part of the original team when the Bognor office was established.
Chris has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of property matters, including equity release mortgages and residential property transactions for both individual and corporate clients. He also has particular expertise in complex leasehold transactions, including matters involving staircasing, lease surrenders, and lease assignments.
Chris has over 30 years of qualified experience.
