Emma is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Residential Conveyancing team, with expertise in New Build Purchases (acting exclusively for purchasers), first-time buyer schemes such as Help to Buy ISAs, Lifetime ISAs and Forces Help to Buy.
Since 2017, Emma has specialised in acting for clients purchasing new-build homes directly from developers, while also managing any related property sales. She additionally handles remortgages and unregistered property matters.
Emma qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in June 2020, cross-qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2023, and received her additional Conveyancing Practice Rights from CILEx in March 2024.
Emma is a committee member of the Bristol Law Membership Group, a not for profit organisation that runs networking and CPD events across the Bristol area.
Working in residential conveyancing since November 2012, Emma has previously worked at three well-known Bristol law firms and continues to live locally. This gives her extensive experience in dealing with property transactions across Bristol and the wider South West.
Over the years, she has built strong working relationships with local developers and sales advisors and takes pride in her quick response times, ensuring clients meet their exchange deadlines associated with buying new-build homes.
