Helen is the firm's Head of Client Care which entails heading up a small team who are responsible for client care, the client satisfaction programme and third party reviews. She provides management information through data analysis to ensure the firm continously improves the client experience as well as heading up the firm's talent awards programme.
Helen has over 20 years experience in the legal industry mainly focusing on residential conveyancing where she has handled a variety of transactions including Freehold and Leasehold Sales, Purchases, Shared Ownership, Shared Equity, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Redemptions, both New build and non new build.
Helen is both logical and practical, she is conscientious of clients needs and strives to meet the demands of the client and the services we provide.
