Manali Patel is a Solicitor in the Residential Property team at Taylor Rose, bringing close to a decade of hands-on experience in the field. Having trained and qualified at Leadenhall Law Group before joining Taylor Rose, Manali has built a thorough and well-rounded grounding in all aspects of residential property law. She holds an LLB with Distinction from Queen Mary University of London and an LLM LPC with Distinction from the University of Law. Manali also speaks Hindi and Gujarati, making her services accessible to a wider range of clients.
Manali handles a broad range of residential property matters for both individual clients and companies, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. She has particular depth in complex leasehold transactions, including matters involving the Building Safety Act 2022 and share of freehold arrangements, areas that require careful navigation and up-to-date knowledge. She also regularly acts for first-time buyers, guiding them through what can feel like an overwhelming process with clarity and care.
