Martina has worked at Taylor Rose since 2021, she started her journey as a Paralegal and then qualified as a Solicitor in 2024. She is now based at our Carter Lane Office.

Martina studied LLB Law with International Relations at London Metropolitan University before doing her LPC at the University of Law.

She has vast amount of experience in dealing with all residential matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, non-statutory lease extensions and property auction transactions. Martina’s client base ranges from first time buyers to investors.

Martina understands that buying and selling can be daunting and therefore she values the importance of client communication and providing clear and concise advice.
