Molly is a Fee Earner in the Remortgage team at Taylor Rose, working with a range of major lenders and borrowers on remortgage and transfer of equity matters. Since graduating from the University of Lincoln in 2022, she has developed strong technical knowledge and a reputation for delivering excellent client service in fast-paced and often time-sensitive transactions. Molly works closely with well-known high street banks and building societies, including NatWest, Lloyds Banking Group, Nationwide Building Society and Santander. She has recently been entrusted with handling new Santander matters within her team, reflecting her attention to detail and client-focused approach.
Molly has experience supporting clients and lenders across a broad range of remortgage matters, including transfers of equity, shared ownership transactions and Islamic mortgages. She was recently promoted to Trainee Senior within the technical department and is often trusted to take over complex or sensitive matters requiring additional care and oversight. One recent case involved a transfer of equity matter with a strict court-ordered deadline and a council restriction registered against the property. By carefully managing the transaction and maintaining clear communication throughout, Molly was able to achieve a successful outcome, with the client later providing highly positive feedback and recommending the firm for future transactions.
Molly prides herself on providing a supportive, approachable and detail-focused service to every client she works with. She understands that property transactions can often feel stressful or unfamiliar, so she places great importance on keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the process. Her calm and proactive approach allows her to manage complex matters efficiently while still maintaining a high standard of client care. Molly has developed a strong interest in property and conveyancing during her time at Taylor Rose and is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Conveyancer in the future.
