Peter qualified as a Solicitor in 1985 and learned his trade in the Courts over the first five years of his career and became a partner in the firm Ormerod Wilkinson.
He has been working in the field of private client since 1992 and specialises in probate, trust and court of protection work. He also has experience of advising and acting in the small charity sector .
He became Senior Partner in the firm of Ormerods before its amalgamation with MW in October 2016. His aim has always been to make difficult decisions and difficult circumstances as easy as possible for his clients and to present sometimes complex legal issues in a way that is easily understood by them.
He views empathy, tact and a quiet sense of humour as essential tools in this area of work tools and he is always grateful to his loyal clients who recommend his services to others and without whom the job would be so much less rewarding.
