Rachael graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Hertfordshire in 2013 and began her legal career with Taylor Rose MW as a Case Handler the same year.

Rachael was promoted to Remortgage Team Manager in 2016.

Rachael strives to improve the customer journey on an on-going basis and provides leadership to her team to ensure that they reach their personal targets and goals, alongside those of the company.
