Robynne qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and has worked in will writing and estate planning ever since.
Robynne helps clients plan for the future with their wills giving them peace of mind when the time comes their wishes are clear and can be followed. She also helps with Lasting Powers of Attorney and specialises in probate as well.
She has recently saved a number of clients from paying any inheritance tax when they assumed this would be payable using available allowances and claiming for transferrable allowances as well. Robynne has helped a number of clients deal with the probate estate from the start and also assisted once the clients have completed a bulk of the administrative work.
Robynne enjoys public speaking and is happy to give talks to community groups and answer there questions on everything to do with wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate. She is the chair of her sons PTFA and enjoys getting involved in community activities and organising events.
