Suanne qualified as a solicitor in 2017 at a UK Top 50 national firm after training with them. She completed her degree at University of Warwick and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course with a Distinction.
Suanne has extensive experience in property transactions, both in commercial and residential areas and working with individuals as well as companies. She is able to deal with sales and purchases (including new builds and off plan developments), remortgages and transfers of equity.
Suanne has been a key organiser of various young professionals networking events in Manchester. She was also named on Northern Power Women's 'Future List 2020' which is a list of 50 top influencers and change makers of the future in the North of England, recognised for their work in accelerating gender diversity.
Suanne is also fluent in Cantonese and has experience in helping overseas purchasers with property transactions.
