Theodora is a dual qualified Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria who has had varied legal practice experience from Director of Public Prosecutions office at the Ministry of Justice to private legal corporate law practice as a Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser, guest lecturer (law of Contracts), Associate Non- Executive Director (NHS) and worked as In-House General Counsel for a Charity.
Theodora obtained a master’s degree with commendation from Northumbria University in International Commercial Law with specialism in Ecommerce and has also completed several professional development courses in Wills and estate Planning.
She has a deep capacity for empathy and an academic streak; her Private Client Practice has been impacted with her understanding of Digital law and literacy to help her clients with their Digital Estate Planning and has a hand- on approach to Charity law matters.
She currently manages the portfolio of a number of charities starting from their registration, Liaising with Charity commission, Sponsorship Management Systems, Trustee management, Funding to purchase of property and management of Heritage building.
She is also a Life coach, Motivational speaker, and Author with interest in research and academics.
Theodora enjoys reading, cooking and beach walking.
