Vicki Maflin joined the company in 2005 and with her strong customer service and people management background, she successfully introduced and developed the Remortgage Case Advisory team.
Her proven leadership and ability to manage the performance of multiple teams gained her promotion to Remortgage Manager during which time she provided leadership support to teams and motivated staff to achieve targets and goals.
Working closely alongside the HR department she built the department to a team in excess of 100 employees.
In 2017 she was further promoted to Remortgage Operations Manager where she is now head of this busy department. She continually looks to improve standards of performance and quality of customer service within the operation whilst she manages the growth and success of the department.
