Having studied at Sussex University and the College of Law Warren qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and has specialised in residential and commercial property since then, working mainly in and around the Brighton & Hove area.
Warren was previously a head of department and Partner at a Brighton and Hove firm for some years and brings a wealth of experience and expertise with him.
Warren’s work includes acting for developers, commercial landlords and tenants and individuals moving home amongst other things. Most of his work comes from repeat business and recommendations from existing clients. Understanding what people want to achieve and working closely alongside them has been key to his ability to build longstanding relations.
A vital skill is to recognise what is material and to focus on dealing with that whilst actively progressing a transaction. Warren’s reputation is as someone who deals quickly and with minimum fuss whilst maintaining good communication throughout.
