Breaching a Non-Molestation Order is a criminal offence and can result in arrest.
Occupation Orders - regulates who can live in or return to the family home. It can exclude a person from the property, even if they legally own it or are named on the tenancy. Occupation Orders are often used alongside Non-Molestation Orders to provide both personal safety and housing protection. An Occupation Order is an interim order, which will provide you with some time to consider the longer term arrangements.
