Carolyn qualified in London in 2002 and is a Consultant at Taylor Rose.
Her practice has covers family law matters including children disputes, child custody, care proceedings, domestic abuse injunctions, separation, divorce, financial remedies and prenuptial agreements. In recent years, her focus has been on serving the family law needs of the local community, having worked for 9 years at an established firm in Worthing and giving pro bono advice at the Citizens Advice Bureau.
Carolyn has a particular expertise in resolving a wide range of financial disputes upon separation and divorce, as well as a specialism in assisting families with child arrangements, whether by agreement or through court proceedings. Carolyn values getting to know a variety of clients, prioritising listening to individual circumstances with a view to better representing their needs and wishes and achieving resolution.
Before completing her postgraduate diploma in law, Carolyn studied French and Philosophy at university. She has always retained an interest in other cultures, including international human rights issues. She is an active member of the local Amnesty group and volunteers at an immigration charity.
