John qualified as a Solicitor in 1986 and has 35 years’ experience of commercial law. Upon qualification John worked in the Commercial Department at the head office of a major Birmingham firm subsequently returning to the Northwest to work for a leading Manchester firm.
John left Manchester to become a Partner in a niche Commercial Practice based in Warrington which merged with FDR in 1997. John was a Partner and Board Member of FDR throughout that period.
John’s specialism is in the field of commercial law advising a variety number of businesses on commercial matters including commercial agreements, corporate acquisitions and disposals including management buy outs, share buyback transactions, preference share legal issues, employment, insolvency and re-structuring and dispute resolution including property litigation.
