Moneeb is a solicitor in our litigation department, specialising in civil disputes, commercial litigation, insolvency, and fraud. He represents a broad range of clients, including individuals, companies, and landlords.
He has worked in private practice as an employed solicitor, consultant solicitor, and paralegal, gaining wide-ranging experience across a variety of legal sectors.
Moneeb’s work includes property litigation matters such as mortgage repossessions, disputes relating to financial products, landlord and tenant issues, and property-related insolvency matters. He also advises on equity and trusts, property title defects, probate disputes, and general civil litigation.
His experience extends to banking litigation, including matters involving Law of Property Act receivers, partnership disputes, and insolvency issues connected to property. In addition, he has handled leasehold and freehold disputes, adverse possession claims, unregistered land issues, boundary disputes, service charge matters, professional negligence claims, and commercial contract and debt disputes.
Moneeb has also worked as part of an in-house legal team administering pension and life assurance products, providing him with valuable insight into probate-related issues.
He has further in-house experience as a solicitor for a property letting business, where he developed expertise in landlord and tenant matters.
This broad and in-depth background has equipped Moneeb with strong litigation, practical, and case management skills, enabling him to provide tailored, cost-effective, and pragmatic advice aligned with clients’ needs and objectives.
