Legal Q3 Director's Award - Aliyah Saddique

Congratulations to Aliyah Saddique who has won our Legal Directors Award for Q3 2022!

Aliyah is a solicitor within our conveyancing department based in our Ealing office and has worked for the firm since June 2018. Her area of expertise is Residential Property, assisting clients with the purchase and sale of their property.

Aliyah was nominated for the Legal Directors Award for her consistent support, professionalism, and communication which has been recognised by several of her client’s. Aliyah has received numerous 5-star reviews acknowledging and praising her work whilst helping clients through their conveyancing process. She has been referred to as, “accommodating”, “always helpful and on the ball” as well as “straight forward and easy to understand”.

When asked how she felt when she found out she had won the Q3 Legal Directors Award, Aliyah said she was “really shocked and happy, it’s nice to see that Taylor Rose MW recognises hard work.”

Aliyah’s favourite aspect about her work is “happy clients on completion day” and finds managing client’s expectations the most challenging aspect of conveyancing. She overcomes this by keeping the client updated throughout the entire process, ensuring there is constant communication from start to finish.

When asked what her key to success is, Aliyah stated this is “staying calm and always doing your best”. Following from this, her one tip she would like to share with her colleagues is to “reach out if you need help” she believes this is always an important thing to do as you can learn so much from other people’s skillset.

Aliyah was asked how Taylor Rose MW has helped her develop both personally and, in her career, and stated that the firm had done this through supporting her throughout her legal career. Aliyah has worked with us as a paralegal, trainee solicitor and finally as a fully qualified solicitor.

Aliyah Outside of Work

Aliyah was born in London and names her family as the most important people in her life.

One fun fact about Aliyah is that she is currently learning Fusha Arabic, one of the oldest forms of Arabic!

Outside of work, Aliyah loves to cook, read, and go on charity hikes. She hiked Mount Snowdon for sunrise last summer and would love to do this again soon. Aliyah reads a huge variety of books but names the classic, Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë as her favourite.

We asked Aliyah what her favourite show is, and she named the anime Tokyo Revengers as her top show. Her favourite travel destination is Iceland and her reasoning for this is because of the beautiful views on the scenic drive she went on here.
