Atshaam is an outstanding Solicitor in our Residential Property department at our Peterborough office. Atshaam’ s expertise lies in assisting clients with property transactions, and his commitment to delivery exceptional service has garnered glowing feedback.

Clients have praised him for his professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency in re-mortgaging processes, making moving a more bearable experience. His prompt and informative responses have left clients highly satisfied, leading to numerous recommendations for his services.

Upon hearing the news, Atshaam expressed immense pride in being recognised for his hard work and dedication.

About Atshaams Career at Taylor Rose MW

Atshaam joined Taylor Rose MW in August 2017, and his dedication to excellence is evident as this is his second award since becoming a part of our firm. In 2019, he was honored with the Q3 Star Awards as a Remortgage case handler.

The joy and satisfaction he witnesses in his clients upon the successful completion of their matters are the highlights of his role. While when asked about the challenges, Atshaam said:

“Trying to ensure all parties within the transactions are up to date, this includes clients, agents, mortgage brokers and financial advisers. But they key to success is hard work, determination and always going the extra mile for your clients to ensure they are kept up to date and are happy with the transaction from start to finish.”

As a guiding principle for his colleagues, Atshaam empathises learning from every experience and appreciating the journey from where they started to where they are now. Atshaam names his great mentors and other individuals in the firm as the reason he has been able to develop both personally and in his career. He was always able to speak freely around them which helped contribute to his success. He gives special mention to Adrian Jaggard, Liz Lennox, Shirin Manji, Rachel Reeve, Simon Black, Amy Catterall and Christopher Lillistone. He stated that ”they are always available for me both in a personal capacity and work capacity and this has created an atmosphere for me to thrive.”

Here at Taylor Rose MW we have four values, aspiration, integrity, innovation & commitment. Atshaam resonated with Integrity and Commitment, which have been instilled in him since childhood by his parents. These values have shaped his career and life, serving as pillars of success.

Atshaam Outside of Work

Outside of work, Atshaam cherishes the guidance and encouragement he receives from his parents and his partner, Saima, motivating him to strive for success. Despite being a Liverpool fan, Atshaam surprisingly holds no animosity towards Manchester United.

One fun fact about Atshaam is that as a Liverpool fan himself, he surprisingly doesn’t hate Manchester United. In his leisure time, he enjoys leisurely walks, long hikes, and watching cricket at the local grounds. He also loves watching football, basketball, and UFC. As for guilty pleasures, Atshaam admits to indulging in strawberry sundaes.
