Q2 2019 Star Awards Announced

At Taylor Rose we like to ensure members of the team are recognised for their hard work through the Star Awards scheme. We are delighted to announce the second quarter 2019 Star Award winners are as follows:

Legal Star – Amy Abbott

Corporate Star – Annemarie Pye

This quarter’s Legal Star award was given to Amy Abbott because of her consistent effort and attention to clients, she has received regular feedback complimenting her on her service. The client’s comments included “I was kept up to date at every stage and didn’t have to worry about anything I was in very safe hands! If I could give more than 5 stars I would" and "Our case handler, Amy Abbott, was an absolute lifesaver in our headache of a move. She was very professional, excellent and clear communication throughout. We never had to chase her on anything and she was relentless in driving through the sale in the face of quite a few complications from the other side. We felt very calm and confident having her represent us. We would highly recommend this conveyancing service.” It’s great to hear that client’s feel safe and well looked after in Amy’s care. We have also received compliments from clients that have returned to us and used our services again in view of Amy’s good work and I’m really pleased to hear that the service delivered by Amy has left such a lasting impression that clients want to return to work with us again.

The quarterly Corporate Star has been awarded to Annemarie Pye who was nominated for the planning, effort and detail that went into the project for moving our Peterborough office to its new Stuart House location. During the office move there were minimal issues and downtime was almost non-existent which meant that staff were able to continue to work during the transition. Annemarie has been key in coordinating many functions in the business for this move, let it not be underestimated how big this project was. It was refreshing to be able to task someone with being the lead in the move and witnessing this being delivered as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Thank you Annemarie for considering the staff needs alongside the business needs and delivering us a great new office to continue our Smart Modern Law journey!

I would like to also take the opportunity of acknowledging that there were many support teams involved in the move and I would like to also thank them for their involvement.

Taylor Rose introduced The Star Awards at the beginning of 2018 to celebrate delivering excellent client experience. The annual programme rewards both Legal and Corporate colleagues on a quarterly basis. Our Legal Champion is selected from Lawyers and Executives who have had the best feedback from client satisfaction surveys, client compliments, referrers and online reviews.

I’d like to mention that this quarter’s Star Award overall saw some excellent feedback and I’d particularly like to mention Umrah Mirza, Harley Jaggard and Craig Jackson who despite being pipped to the post were also extremely worthy candidates – thank you for your hard work.
