Q4 Star Award Winners Announced

Taylor Rose TTKW introduced The Star Awards at the beginning of 2018 to celebrate delivering excellent customer experience. The annual programme rewards both Legal and Corporate colleagues on a quarterly basis. Our Legal Champion is selected from Lawyers and Executives who have had the best feedback from client satisfaction surveys, client compliments, referrers and online reviews.
We are delighted to announce the fourth and final quarter’s 2019 star award winners are as follows:
Legal Star – Paige O’Brien
Corporate Star – Charlotte Rayner
This quarter’s Legal Star Award was given to Paige O’Brien due to her hard-work and her consistent positive feedback from clients. Paige is a case handler in our Remortgage department based in the Bishop Stortford office. The client feedback referred to her “Dedication, commitment and speedy service.” She delivered a professional service, and always a prompt response to all emails, and requests. Another review referred to her as “Brilliant” whilst being a “Great pleasure to deal with.” Thank you Paige for your hard work on this journey, your efforts are appreciated.
The quarterly Corporate Star has been awarded to Charlotte Rayner. Charlotte is a member of our reception team in our Moorgate office. Charlotte was nominated for the Q4 Star Award by a colleague who felt that she was a valuable supportive team player, who completes many tasks with a helpful, pleasant and polite attitude. Charlotte is always willing to lend a hand to her colleagues, whilst maintaining a calm approachable manner in the office. It’s great to see that we have mindful people across our firm who are as much invested into our business as we are. Thank you Charlotte!
