Wed 22 March 2023 Taylor Rose MW is proudly supporting inaugural National Conveyancing Week

Taylor Rose MW is proud to be associated with a brand-new initiative to improve the experience of home movers and professionals involved in the home moving process.

National Conveyancing Week is a new initiative with an aim to raise awareness to all those in the property industry and members of the public. It has been launched to raise the profile of organisations who conduct property transactions, with the inaugural event taking place from 20th till the 24th March 2023.

Property lawyers up and down the country will be taking part in a series of events over the course of the week designed to raise awareness for all those involved in the home-moving process.

Adrian Jaggard, CEO comments, “It comes with great honour to announce Taylor Rose MW will be supporting the first ever National Conveyancing Week. Conveyancing makes up such a large proportion of the firm and for that reason we have a duty to help improve the experience of all those involved in the home moving process.”

Following 2020 with factors such as home and hybrid working the way conveyancing services are delivered has changed, this has presented its own challenges in respect of the limited face-to-face communication. This makes it all the more important to keep all those in and outside of the industry updated on changes and challenges.

Throughout the course of National Conveyancing Week, estate agents, mortgage brokers and introducers, and the home-moving public are invited to take part in a series of in-person events, and online and on-demand sessions to better understand the role of property lawyers in the home moving process.

Founder of National Conveyancing Week, Rob Hailstone says:

“Home buying and selling is one of the most important events that takes place in the lives of nearly everyone at some point in time.  It can be time consuming and difficult to understand for many. National Conveyancing Week aims to help de-mystify the many strands that make up the process, not just for the general public but also for the numerous stakeholders involved in it.”

We are thrilled to announce that we attended The British Conveyancing Awards 2023 hosted by Today’s Conveyancer and was a proud network sponsor. The awards, which were hosted on 21st March 2023, are aimed to highlight the achievement, recognise excellence, and celebrate the superheroes of the conveyancing sector.

This year, Taylor Rose MW are delighted to announce:

We spoke to Anton Osborne, Director in our Property department who had the following to say:

“All the stakeholders in each property deal play a crucial role in ensuring the completion of a transaction so, in order to ensure all parties are as efficient as possible they need to have an understanding of the impact of all the legislative changes that affect the property market.

As a result of this, Taylor Rose MW deliver training both internally and externally; particularly using webinars as an effective form of delivery. In addition to this we provide training on the conveyancing process to mortgage brokers and estate agents; allowing us to work together more effectively in delivering conveyancing service.”
