Danielle qualified as a Solicitor in 2013 and has been working in conveyancing ever since. She has worked for a variety of clients, from first time buyers to large part exchange companies and developers. Danielle works closely with her clients to ensure that the conveyancing process runs as smoothly and swiftly as possible.

Danielle has a strong interest in commercial property conveyancing, she has acted on behalf of large corporate Landlords whilst managing their property portfolios as well as incoming and outgoing Tenants. Danielle has dealt with grants, assignments, sublets of leases and is able to negotiate on any onerous provisions . Danielle is able to explain the implications of these provisions whilst simplifying and speeding the process of negotiating and agreeing leases for all parties involved.

Danielle has also acted in acquisitions and commercial sales, auctions and bridging finances.
