Morgan is a Solicitor specialising in Criminal Defence and Extradition law.
Morgan has extensive experience defending clients at all stages of proceedings including at the Police Station and Magistrates Court, through to the Crown Court and Court of Appeal. She has assisted clients charged with a wide array of offences ranging from public order offences to serious sexual offences, and drug offences. She works diligently to ensure that her client’s cases are thoroughly prepared and ensures that her clients are fully and consistently informed.
Morgan has developed a strong skillset in extradition, assisting clients in resisting both Part 1 and Part 2 Extradition requests at first instance in the Magistrates Court and on Appeal at the Royal Courts of Justice.
Morgan joined Taylor Rose MW as a Paralegal in February 2021 following the completion of her LLB at Sussex University. Prior to this, she obtained a B.A. in Criminology from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, Canada and gained experience in Criminal Defence work in Canada before emigrating to the UK.
