Partner & Head of Consultant Acquisition

Stephanie has been in the firm for over 10 years, starting in Private Client before developing experience in operational management and business development.

She has a degree in English and Journalism, is a qualified Agile Project Manager (foundation and practitioner) and has a Diploma Level 5 in business management from the Chartered Management Institute. Stephanie is also the winner of the Legal Firm Services Marketing and Social Media award 2015 and firm Corporate Star Award in 2021.

She now heads the Consultant Acquisition team and is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining top legal talent for the organization’s consultant programme and facilitating the organizational growth and expansion through strategic acquisition. Working with stakeholders and consultant candidate to understand their needs, objectives, and goals, and develop strategies aligned with the overall business strategy for the consultant programme.

Stephanie particularly specialises in the transition of law firms as groups and sole practitioners over to consultancy so they can better benefit from the economies of scale, reduce their regulatory burdens and create operational savings without losing their business autonomy.
