Taylor Rose - Veronica Mark

Veronica Mark

Solicitor - Property law

Veronica qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. Since gaining her  qualification she has advised and acted in a wide range of commercial property transactions involving charities, individuals and business owners. Veronica undertakes a mixed caseload of transactional work including acquisition and disposal of commercial property. She has acted for pub owners, insolvency practitioners and landlords to name a few. She also specialises in the grant, termination of commercial leases and related leasehold management e.g. licence to alter, deed of variation and lease extensions.

By focusing on what your individual or business needs are, Veronica can then achieve the best outcome. It is often the case that she is requested to work swiftly within tight deadlines.  This can be challenging, but it gives her a considerable amount of job satisfaction, knowing that she has delivered a successful outcome for my clients. Veronica is tenacious and focused to achieve the best results for her clients.

Veronica  has recently completed a number of business acquisitions and disposals which have a property dimension to the transaction. She has a wealth of experience and is delighted that she can bring this to Taylor Rose to work alongside recognised experts in this field.
