Wendy qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer in June 2011, after working as a fee earner in Contentious Probate since 2006.
Wendy is Co-Head of our Contentious Probate Team and a full member of ACTAPS . She advises on a range of contentious probate matters including invalidity of Wills and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
She is able to provide clear and cogent advice to lay clients with an emphasis on resolving disputes as swiftly and economically as possible, using ADR where appropriate.
She deals sensitively and compassionately with difficult issues arising from the death of a loved one.
