We’ve launched a new initiative to support social enterprises and community businesses in Peterborough, helping a select group accelerate their growth and expand the positive impact they deliver for local communities.
Delivered in partnership with Allia, a UK not-for-profit organisation supporting purpose driven businesses, the Taylor Rose Challenge brings together a competitive selection of local organisations for a six-month programme of mentoring and expert business support. Following a competitive application process, five Peterborough-based organisations have been selected to benefit from the bespoke programme.
Running from April to October 2026, the Taylor Rose Challenge is designed to help organisations facing growth, leadership or operational challenges by providing practical, hands-on support. Each participating business will be matched with a dedicated mentoring team from Taylor Rose, receiving monthly, hands-on-guidance tailored to its specific needs.
In addition to one-on-one mentoring, participants will gain access to a series of expert-led masterclasses covering key areas including legal, finance, HR, operations and governance. The competition will culminate in a showcase event at Taylor Rose Peterborough, where participating organisations will present their progress and learnings to stakeholders from across the local business and impact community.
Thorough this initiative, we would like to show our commitment to strengthening local enterprise, contributing to social impact and empowering businesses that deliver lasting community benefits.
Little Miracles Charity – a multi-award-winning organisation supporting children and young people with additional needs, disabilities, and life-limiting conditions, as well as their families.

Adrian Jaggard, CEO of Taylor Rose, comments “Antony and I began our journey in Peterborough in 1998, when we founded Jaggards. Today, with over 100 years of heritage behind us, we’re proud to celebrate where it all started. Taylor Rose started as a small law firm in Peterborough and has grown significantly over the years into an international law firm, helped by the guidance, advice and support we received along the way. We know how valuable that support can be when you’re trying to grow a business. By launching the Taylor Rose Challenge, we want to pass that experience on and help other organisations in the region navigate their own growth journey with confidence."
