The Team Award celebrates collective achievement recognising the collaboration, performance, and shared success of teams whose combined efforts continue to drive our firm forward.

The CSO Team has been awarded the Team Award in recognition of their professionalism, dedication and the vital role they play in the day-to-day running of Taylor Rose.

As the first point of contact for anyone reaching out to the business, the CSO Team handles a wide and varied range of calls daily, consistently maintaining a professional and composed approach regardless of the demands placed upon them. Though often working quietly in the background, their contribution is fundamental to the smooth operation of the firm and the experience of every client and colleague who makes contact.

In recent months, the team has grown increasingly cohesive, working together with greater coordination and efficiency. This stronger team dynamic has had a direct and measurable impact, bringing outsourced call volumes firmly under control and demonstrating just how much can be achieved when a team pulls together. Their commitment, reliability and professionalism make them thoroughly deserving recipients of the Team Award.
