To deliver an efficient and effective recruitment process that compliments the onboarding and induction process for candidates to develop, nurture and retain legal talent within Taylor Rose, in a cost-effective way. 

This role will involve but is not limited to:

  • Assist in recruitment campaigns for specific hiring programmes

·       Advertise vacancies to reflect roles available within the business

·       Updating and maintaining weekly internal vacancy list 

·       Keeping candidates informed and updated throughout the recruitment process for entry level roles 

·       Answering queries from candidates with any required HR input & provide interview feedback

·       Monitor recruitment journey of candidates to meet internal deadlines for interview to offer

  • Updating the Company website with internal vacancies 

·       Assist in recruitment campaigns for specific hiring early career/work experience programmes

  • Work alongside the Recruitment Manager/Recruitment Executive and HR team to onboard and induct candidate into Taylor Rose
  • Working with the Recruitment Manager to develop relationships with college/universities for entry level/graduate recruitment 
  • Promote Apprenticeship and SQE opportunities 
  • Take ownership in Work Experience Programmes and placements within offices throughout the year
  • Attending networking events, recruitment fairs to promote Taylor Rose  

·       Maintain and develop a pipeline of candidates in line with organisational growth

·       Support general administration for Recruitment and HR Teams within the onboarding process

  • Ensure compliance for Right to Work/IR35 in line with legislative requirements 

Requirements 

  • Experience in a Recruitment or Resourcing role, supporting 360 recruitment process
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently 
  • Good interpersonal skills 

·       Excellent organisation

·       Good problem solving and communication skills

·       Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within the HR Team and other operational departments across the firm

·       Ability to work to deadlines, achieve results and prioritise 

·       Ability to balance commercial interests with compliance requirements

·       Service and client experience centric

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Organised and self-motivated 

·       Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
