Purpose: Document Control Assistants form the Document Control Team who are responsible for processing incoming post for the entire firm via the centralised digital mailroom based in Peterborough. This includes opening, sorting, scanning and electronically distributing large volumes of incoming post. Also preparing outgoing post, as well as some general administrative duties within the wider Operations department. Document Control Assistants are also the first point of contact for greeting clients, visitors and deliveries, part of the role is to create an excellent first impression, providing a welcoming and professional environment, and delivering high quality customer service.
