As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support Conveyancing Fee Earners on residential property files from instruction through to exchange and completion. You will provide accurate, timely administrative and case-progression support, so clients have a smooth, well-communicated transaction.

Seat 1 Residential Property (Fulham) Seat 2 Business Crime & Regulatory (Carter Lane) This is a 26-month fixed-term placement and the SQE1 course will commence on 5 April 2027 for the January 2028 exam sitting. The SQE2 assessments will then be taken in July 2028.

As a Client Care Co-ordinator, you'll be a key part of the Client Care team, reporting to the Head of Client Care. You'll help to make sure every client gets a fair, timely and professional response, especially when things haven't gone to plan. Day to day, you'll manage complaints and client concerns from the first contact to the final outcome. You'll investigate what happened, work with department heads and colleagues across the business, and agree fair resolutions within set deadlines.

This role will support the day-to-day supervision of our consultants and sub-consultants in line with the business's supervision policy. The role will assist consultants as they transition into the firm, ensuring they follow our policies and procedures, and will then focus on building relationships with the consultants in their team to provide ongoing supervision and support. This includes carrying out regular file reviews to ensure ongoing compliance, identify any areas of risk, and identify any training and development needs. This is a vital role in providing safeguards to the firm through effective risk management.

The Senior Private Client Solicitor will take a leading role in the Private Client department, supervising a team of 2–5 qualified fee earners whilst managing their own varied caseload of complex private client matters. The role requires a technically strong and commercially minded lawyer, able to advise clients on wills, LPAs, probate, trusts and estate planning to a high standard. The successful candidate will support the supervision and development of junior staff, contribute actively to business development, and play a meaningful part in the continued growth and success of the department.
