Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Leadership in Legal Context:
    Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies for internal and external scrum teams. supporting legal-specific Salesforce solutions. Build on and implement new Agile ways of working to maximise communication and effective software delivery 
  • Team Collaboration/Communication:
    Coordinate with legal professionals, IT staff, third-party vendors and senior C-Suite stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Salesforce Program Delivery:
     Support the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud (for client portals), and integrated legal tech tools within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Impediment Management:
    Identify obstacles and proactively address or escalate to maintain velocity and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Coach team members and legal stakeholders on Agile best practices, driving an environment of continuous improvement and transparency.
  • Tool & Documentation Management:
    Manage backlogs and Agile artifacts using tools like Jira and Confluence, documentation geared toward both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and legal/business stakeholders
  • Proven experience delivering CRM or legal-focused tech solutions in Agile environments
  • Certified ScrumMaster or Agile Certification 
  • Salesforce certifications a bonus 
  • Experience in a legal or financial background a bonus
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master working on Salesforce or CRM projects
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Experience facilitating hybrid internal/external team preferred
