Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design across Salesforce Sale Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and multiple managed packages 
  • Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions designed around business requirements
  • Lead the internal development team, supporting their growth and development, while ensuring high standards and best practice
  • Own the Salesforce ecosystem architecture collaborating with cross-functional teams (internally and externally) to ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems.
  • Translate business requirements into technically sound and future-proof solutions.
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and emerging best practices.
  • Ensure all technical designs align with best practice scalable architecture and security standards.
  • Oversee overall architecture and design with third-party development and managed services teams, including project and DevSecOps work.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • In-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions with a strong knowledge of best practice scalable and secure designs.
  • Experience in leading the knowledge, growth and development of salesforce developers 
  • Ability to work with senior c-suite level stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical requirements and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • (Desirable) Demonstrable in-depth expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions in a legal or financial sector 
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum best practice ideally across multiple teams
  • Confident in identifying and wider IT infrastructure impacts and working with IT teams on solutions and next steps
