This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Build and configuration of Salesforce/Slack/document management/Financial and HR systems
  • Integrate Salesforce through API’s and Mulesoft to other Apps and third party connectors
  • Support the Salesforce and Cloud Technology transformation, including integrations with third party services, Finance and HR systems.
  • End to end software delivery spanning requirements analysis, development, testing, release and support, which meet project specifications.
  • Establish, review and constantly improve internal development processes and methodologies adopting agile where appropriate.
  • Ensure coding standards are met by the team to ensure stability, performance, readability and maintainability.
  • Ensure appropriate governance, structure and integrity of data, implementing best practice.
  • Identify opportunities for gaining advantage through intelligent use and application of data
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document system processes and configurations for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce architecture with recognised Salesforce certifications 
  • Experience delivering systems with strong data and digital capabilities, championing and driving these benefits through the organisation for maximum impact.
  • Experience implementing product development following agile development methodologies 
  • Management of and interaction with third parties for software delivery
