Data & Analytics Manager

This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Designing and owning the data and analytics strategy across the business to meet business objectives, aligned to our wider Salesforce implementation strategy.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including c-suite across departments.
  • Owning data migration strategy for transitioning departments and any new M&A activity
  • Lead a team of reporting analysts following best practice reports and dashboard designs, automation, and UI.
  • Use Project management tools (JIRA, Confluence and MIRO) to align to the cross functional Agile delivery process.
  • Assure effective prioritisation of work across the team, aligned to business goals and project objectives.
  • Document system processes and design configurations for future reference and training purposes.
  • Provide data driven insights and recommendations, identify trends and opportunities based on data to drive business decisions.
  • Work with the wider development team and solution architect to ensure best practice data policies to build a scalable ecosystem. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce data visualisation across salesforce reports, dashboards, and Tableau.
  • Proven experience in a data analytics or reporting leadership role.
  • Experience driving data and analytics strategy at a senior level.
  • Experience in successfully leading a team of analysts.
  • Experience delivering best practice data policies to ensure a secure and scalable ecosystem.
  • Comfortable with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable requirement gathering and standardising reporting processes business wide.
