The Role:

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Optimize reporting processes through automation and best practices.
  • Maintain and improve existing reporting workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Data Integrity & Governance

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working closely with relevant teams to improve data governance.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyse complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that support KPIs, financial metrics, and client-specific requirements.
  • Present data-driven findings through clear, compelling reports and visualisations tools, inc Tableau, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and conduct data quality checks regularly.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to implement reporting-related changes and enhancements
  • Translate business needs into technical reporting specifications.

Training & Documentation

  • Provide support and training to employees in interpreting and using reports effectively.
  • Develop clear documentation and user guides for reporting tools and dashboards.


The Person:

  • Proven experience in a Salesforce reporting or data analysis role, with deep knowledge of Salesforce reporting capabilities
  • Strong proficiency in building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including objects, fields, and relationships
  • Previous experience in a reporting or analytics role within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable
  • Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity and accuracy
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
