The Role:

• Operating switchboard to ensure that clients are transferred correctly and efficiently.
• Using an advanced telecommunications system.
• Typing messages during calls, to ensure delivery of communication in a timely manner.
• Understanding of the business structure and services offered.
• Using multiple database systems to search for relevant information.
• Providing an excellent and professional customer service to all callers.
• Reviewing emails and correctly allocating within the business.
• Opening and sorting post.
• Accepting client documentation and certifying ID documents.
• Providing refreshments for clients and meetings.
• Receiving deliveries.
• Covering holidays and sickness of team members and other operational departments such as Document Control.

The Person:

• A professional, flexible and reliable attitude and approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to answer a high level of telephone calls on a daily basis, with targets in place.
• Customer focus with a proactive “can do” attitude and eagerness to be helpful on every call.
• Strong communication skills & ability to communicate at all levels and across all departments.
• Able to work within a team as well as independently.
• Able to demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic and ability to prioritise and problem solve.
• Have a good understanding of Microsoft office, telephones and case management systems.
