This role involves but is not limited to: 

  • Provide clear, tailored management information and actionable insights to key stakeholders, ensuring they have the right intelligence at the right time to drive operational improvements and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date balance sheet reconciliations, proactively investigating and addressing variances in a timely manner.
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to enable effective collaboration, alignment, and delivery of business priorities.
  • Partner with business units to develop, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to support effective decision-making.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement; support the development and implementation of action plans.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Assist with Certinia testing, implementation and improvements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a business partnering role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially aware and results driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
