 This role involves but is not limited to: 

  • Drafting letters to clients and liaising with clients via phone calls and meetings. 
  • Taking new client enquiries, briefly assessing circumstances and arranging appointments. 
  • Assisting Fee Earners with casework. 
  • Dealing with correspondence. 
  • Working alongside Solicitors and supporting case files. 
  • Ensuring compliance with file management. 
  • Archiving and organising legal files and supporting documents. 
  • Responding to queries in a timely/appropriate manner.  
  • Settling invoices for payments. 
  • Drafting applications to Court. 
  • Production of bundles. 

Requirements:

  • Law Degree 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Satisfactory knowledge of day to day operations of a legal office. 
  •  Highly organised and detail focused.
