Q4 Star Award Winner’s Announced

As we unite two firms under one brand, Taylor Rose MW would like to announce our Q4 Star Award winners. Our Star Award programme ensures members of the team are recognised for their hard work. When selecting this quarter’s star award winners there are certain things that we look out for.

For our Legal Star, we take into consideration reviews and feedback from our clients across multiple platforms. For our Corporate Star, we ask our team to nominate colleagues that have excelled in the work they do. This could be work for both clients and the firm.

There was an overwhelming amount of positive client reviews to consider when choosing this quarter’s Legal Star. It was fantastic to see so many members of the team receiving excellent compliments. The feedback recognised our teams hard work, empathy and commitment given to our clients during this tough time.

We are delighted to announce that our Q4 Star Award winners are:

Legal Star – Jessica Shale

Corporate Star – Michaela Doyle

Our Q4 Legal Star, Jessica Shale is an associate in our Private Client team based in our Eastbourne office.  

Our Private Client team assist clients with later life arrangements including wills, trusts, probates, power of attorneys, estate and inheritance tax planning.       

Jessica started her journey with MW Solicitors and has been with the firm for just over 3 years. As well as completing her CILEX studies, she has a membership with The Society of Will Writers and is passionate about helping her clients when assisting with their later life arrangements.

Jessica has received some fantastic feedback during the last quarter. This feedback mentioned her professional, unrushed attitude and willingness to answer queries in a clear, concise and prompt manner.

Jessica was also praised for the way she handled matters where face to face consultation was not available due to lockdown restrictions that we have all had to become familiar with.

Our Q4 Corporate Star, Michaela Doyle is a Paralegal and works within our Corporate team in the firms Moorgate office.

Michaela started working with the firm in July 2018 and has built up a reputation among her colleagues for her fantastic work ethic.

Michaela received an assortment of different nominations from her colleagues, which made reference to her willingness to go over and above tasks that she is set, as well as her incredible work ethic. Michaela has been very supportive to her team and helps with their work load when colleagues are away. The quality of Michaela’s work has been described as excellent, as was trust in her ability.
