Ameer Buksh qualified as a solicitor in 2016 at which point, he decided to specialise in Private Client matters.
Ameer was previously Head of the Private Client Department at his former firm in Wallington in which he dealt with various legal as well as commercial matters, not only for his department but also for the wider firm, working closely with one of the equity partners, before deciding to become a Consultant for Taylor Rose MW in 2023. This experience has greatly assisted Ameer when dealing with various Private Client matters and is reflective not only in his legal knowledge, which is second to none, but also in his commercial awareness. This enables Ameer to achieve the best outcome both legally and commercially for his clients.
Ameer’s pragmatic approach makes him easy to work with and results in clients being provided with practical, cost effective and efficient solutions to any legal issues they may present Ameer with.
Ameer has read Law (LLB) from the University of Kingston, graduating in 2010. Subsequently, Ameer completed his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law at London Bloomsbury in 2012.
Ameer deals with a host of private client matters such as Will drafting, LPAs, Probate, Trusts, Contentious Probate, Estate Planning, Declarations of Trust, discretionary trusts and other related Private Client matters.
