David qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and he is also a qualified financial advisor.
David’s background is in Private Client Work covering Will advice and preparation, Complex and high value Probates and Trusts, as well as Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. He has developed a particularly strong background in relation to mental capacity and elderly client work running a large caseload of matters where is appointed as an Attorney or by the Court of Protection as a Deputy.
Having previously been the Head of the Private Client Team at McMillan Williams, David is now our Lead Director for Private Client with responsibility of the overall management of our Private Client, Family and Crime Departments.
