Henna is an Associate Solicitor who qualified in 2012; she has a Law degree from the University of Brighton and completed The Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, in Holborn.

Henna has been accredited in the Family Law Panel scheme for over 5 years, and regularly conducts her own advocacy.

Henna advises in all areas of family law comprising of domestic violence & occupation disputes; divorce & financial settlements; pre nuptial agreements and cohabitation issues, and Private Law and Public Law Children matters. 

Henna is instructed primarily in Children matters and advises on applications for child arrangements (Contact and Residence), Prohibited Steps and Specific Issues (change of name/ Re-location). Applications made by the local authority in respect of Voluntary care agreements under Section 20, Special Guardianship and Parental Responsibility; child removal orders including issues of Interim Care, Supervision, Emergency Protection and permanent Orders for Adoption & Placement of a child.

Client’s find Henna approachable and understanding, and she is known for her ability to achieve optimum results.  Henna is regularly instructed on matters involving serious allegations of physical and child sexual abuse, domestic violence, drug and alcohol misuse, forced marriage, FGM, and mental health conditions & personality disorders.

Henna speaks Urdu, Hindu and Punjabi.
