Josh completed a law degree at University College London in 2018 and began his legal career providing employment law due diligence support in commercial transactions.
Josh began working for Direction Law in 2019 as a Case Officer in the New Build Team prior to advancing into a Trainee Fee Earner position, he is currently in the process of completing the Solicitors Qualifying Exam to complete his training.
Josh has gained significant experience in residential property law transactions, advising on over 100 matters, dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, handling both individual and commercial finance, having a particular interest and specialism in new build matters.
