Rahimah is a solicitor in our commercial litigation department based in London, and qualified in 2012.
Rahimah advises on and litigates on a range of commercial cases which involve contractual and property disputes, including misrepresentation claims, disputes involving directors, shareholders and fall outs within companies and insolvency matters.
She also has experience in lender service litigation, specialising in defended and complex mortgage and landlord/tenant repossession proceedings for lenders and fixed charge receivers.
She is known for her practical approach particularly, when advising clients on difficult and complex matters in order to progress cases as quickly and smoothly as possible to achieve best results for her clients.
Rahimah has an undergraduate degree in law and completed her masters in law at Kings College London. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.
