Saeed qualified as a solicitor in 2010 with Shortlands Solicitors. He joined Owen White & Catlin LLP in 2015 and was there for seven years as a Senior Associate before joining Taylor Rose MW.
Saeed completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at Brunel University and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Bloomsbury. Saeed did seats in company/commercial law, employment and civil litigation (specialising in civil actions against the police).
Saeed advises on all aspects of business law including business start-ups, company administration, partnership and shareholders’ agreements, franchises, trading terms and conditions, commercial contracts, and business sales and acquisitions including management buy out.
Before re-training as a solicitor, Saeed enjoyed a successful career in procurement in the food/drink industry. He was with Booker Ltd for 11 years. He has a wealth of commercial experience and travelled extensively to Europe, the Middle East and the Far East on business.
